  • Urban Escape table reservations, online orders and Cafe Caravan requests are confirmed by the hotel or restaurant team.
  • Menu items, prices and availability may change based on stock, kitchen timing and operational needs.
  • Regency Hall event queries are treated as inquiries until package, date, time, payment and service details are confirmed by management.
